Mesa Management, Inc. is a full-service management company with over 30 years experience in property management services. Mesa Management specializes in multi-family communities, senior communities and commercial retail/office sites across California.
Our property management team consists of dedicated real estate management professionals, friendly managers, energetic leasing consultants, experienced maintenance supervisors and technicians and an expert in-house construction workforce (“CapX”). We strive for excellence by providing premier services to our clients, prospects and current residents. With over 30 years experience, we are adept at meeting the demands of today's complex real estate markets.
Mesa’s host of management services include: extensive
marketing services, lease-up implementation, in house physical & telephone shop services, competition analysis, contract administration and IT services. Additionally, our CapX team provides in-house construction services that include project assessments, project management and project rehabilitation. Our CapX team is comprised of dedicated and experienced individuals who have managed and completed over $5M in construction and rehab since 2007.

Climate change is no secret in today’s environment and “going green” is emerging as a nation-wide phenomenon. Mesa Management is committed in its part to sustain the environment, increase awareness and make the lives of those around us, including our residents, healthier.
Mesa incorporates a variety of ways to introduce green cleaning and spray products to our multi-family communities by partnering with valued vendors. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by using green seal certified products, tools, and equipment that include timers and/or motion detectors for lights in laundry rooms and public bathrooms, energy-saving controllers on boilers, low-flow shower heads and recycling bins. Mesa will continue to reduce its environmental impact at the corporate and residential/tenant level by moving toward recycled paper for all marketing and packing materials, electronics recycling, energy-saving fluorescent exterior lighting and continuing the partnerships with vendors in support of “going green” policies.
