Mesa’s host of management services includes: extensive marketing services, lease-up implementation, in house physical & telephone shop services, competition analysis, contract administration and IT services. Additionally, our CapX team provides in-house construction services that include project assessments, project management and project rehabilitation. Our CapX team is comprised of dedicated and experienced individuals who have managed and completed over $6M in construction and rehab since 2007.
On January 1, 2009, Mesa Management acquired its first fee managed asset. Today, the Mesa multi-family portfolio has grown to exceed 3,000 units with fee managed assets totaling 50% of Mesa’s communities. Thirty years of Owner/Operator experience coupled with Mesa’s innovative approach to fee management has produced unprecedented results in today’s market. Mesa incorporates a variety of ways to introduce green cleaning and spray products to our multi-family communities by partnering with valued vendors. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by using green seal certified products, tools, and equipment that include timers and/or motion detectors for lights in laundry rooms and public bathrooms, energy-saving controllers on boilers, low-flow shower heads and recycling bins. Mesa will continue to reduce its environmental impact at the corporate and residential/tenant level by moving toward recycled paper for all marketing and packing materials, electronics recycling, energy-saving fluorescent exterior lighting and continuing the partnerships with vendors in support of “going green” policies.
